Why was the e-learning module created?
The e-learning module was developed to revise the skills and knowledge taught in a SAGE & THYME workshop.
It can be used a few weeks after attending a workshop, or a year or more down the line.
It could be accessed every 2-3 years as a reminder (as with mandatory training).
The e-learning includes
Importance of listening
Indicators that a person is worried or upset
Who SAGE & THYME can be used with and the benefits
SAGE & THYME structure reminder and test
Interactive videos of SAGE & THYME in action
Assessment at the end (80% pass rate)
The e-learning module can only be used by people who have been taught SAGE & THYME in workshop - it is NOT a replacement for the workshop.
