The second paper authored by the SAGE & THYME Team and reporting on the evaluation of the SAGE & THYME Foundation Level workshop, has now been published in the Journal of Continuing Education in the Health Professions.

This study reports on the impact of the SAGE & THYME Foundation Level workshop on factors influencing communication skills in health care professionals.

It was found that the workshop significantly increases communication skills knowledge, self-efficacy and outcome expectancy of hospital health care workers.  The abstract can be viewed here.
