Danielle Knowles and Annie Fitzgerald, nurses and clinical educators at Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust, have created a short film about the benefits of SAGE & THYME for district nurses and their patients.

They and their colleagues talk about how using the SAGE & THYME structure in a conversation empowers both patients and staff.

Isobel, a district nurse, said that she would "recommend SAGE & THYME training to any professional as it is practical, easy to remember and makes a real difference in the way we support our patients emotionally, as well as physically".
