Previously a consultant nurse in Palliative and End of Life care, Vicky has spent the last ten years working independently as a communication skills facilitator, specifically in matters relating to living with uncertainty, and helping professionals to work better with powerful emotions.

Vicky has been involved with SAGE & THYME for many years, and in the early days introduced the model to a large NHS Trust and an undergraduate nursing programme.

In addition to her SAGE & THYME facilitation she now works as a chaplaincy volunteer in central London and most recently has become an accredited mediator.
